Office Visits

Comprehensive primary care including well visits (“check-ups”), acute care, and chronic care. We are truly your medical home—walking side-by-side with through through your medical care and through your life. Best of all, just like it doesn’t cost you to call a trusted friend or drop by for a visit—it doesn’t cost you to come see us…or call…or email…or text. Again, we want to serve our neighbors!

In-Office Procedures

Most routine office care procedures are included with your membership. These are procedures such as EKGs, urinalysis, pregnancy testing, rapid strep test, rapid flu test, toenail removal, abscess drainage, and cryotherapy. Some procedures have affordable associated costs for materials (ex: stitches, splints and casts) or associated testing (ex: skin biopsy sent for pathology). However, we always let you know the cost upfront so that we can help you make the best decision for your healthcare!

Meds

Medications can be a very expensive part of your healthcare. The problem in a traditional office is that your doctor cannot tell you how much the medication she is prescribing will cost you. However, at Neighbors Med we can! We buy our medications at wholesale prices and pass the savings on to you! Check out our med prices below.

referrals to Specialists

We have negotiated transparent pricing with some local specialists for their services. We will discuss pricing with you before we refer you. Additionally, we use RubiconMD a unique platform that allows us to send electronic consultations to specialists. This service allows us to offer you more robust care all from your medical home.

TRANSLATION Services

Two members of our team are fluent in Spanish and one is fluent in French and Mandarin as well. If you need translation beyond languages we offer in house, we are happy to still assist you through an online translation service for a small additional fee of $30.00 per visit.

Imaging & Labs

We have gone directly to local labs and imaging companies and negotiated prices that will cut costs on your tests. Once again, when the middleman is taken out of the system, the cost of care dramatically decreases.
